With Automated straight line production flows for most vegetable and salads production including Mesculn, Rocket, Spinach, Garden Mix, shredded and random cut lettuce, other baby leaf lettuce salads, onions, tomatoes.

This all Complies with the current food safety and HACCP requirements. We wash our salads in fresh water and not just chlorine.

Our in house lab testing, as well the full range of product shelf life testing and meets an independently audited process.

Agreements with Industry Leaders to supply premium quality tomatoes and onions to meet our exacting customer specifications and volumes needs.

With our Foundation partners growing a full range of baby leaf lettuce and other salad vegetable types to support to the marketing of all Toss and Serve Salad's program.

Good working arrangements with all the supply markets and industry contacts to ensure 100% supply of all our customers requirements including the supply of some fruit lines with in New Zealand.
